As soon as I walked into Brittany’s parent’s house I felt the strength of their family bond. Surrounded by messages on the walls and family photos, it was obvious there was a lot of love in the house. Which, aside from it being a gorgeous property, made it the perfect place to hold Brittany and Mike’s wedding. And then I witnessed Mike’s relationship with his parents and it was clear that Brittany and Mike shared the same strong sense of family.
The rain held off long enough to hold the ceremony on the front patio and then we all gathered in the beautifully decorated tent for a fun party!

Every bride should have a mannequin for the dress shot!

Can I tell you how much I loved this dog? Bulldog puppies are ridiculously adorable.

They released a balloon to honor those who could not be with them…

This sand (in their wedding colors, of course!) symbolized the joining of two families.
Mike is a fireman and was able to hitch a ride.

We got right about here and the rain started…

How cool is that groom’s cake? And Brittany made the wedding cake on top herself!

I love that their dog Cash was included in the cake!

Some scandalous garter action!

Congratulations Brittany and Mike!
