Lauren and Cuyler planned a beautiful wedding at the Tregaron Conservancy in Washington, DC’s Woodley Park neighborhood. Every detail was well coordinated, and had a vintage feel. And the giant yellow balloon was a nice touch too. The one thing out of their control was the weather, and it was hot! Really, really hot. I felt for Cuyler in his black tux. But as hot as it was outside, I think it was even hotter on the dance floor!
Congrats Lauren and Cuyler! Ann and I had a great time at your wedding.

I love that Lauren brought their Italian Greyhounds Oliver and Maisy for a few pictures.
Great detail shot from Ann! Lauren and Cuyler are big soccer fans and I’m sure it was a big coincidence that they planned their honeymoon to coincide with the start of World Cup.

The lemonade was a delicious and much-needed treat!

We had a little fun out on the soccer field (or is it the pitch? Sorry, I’ve got World Cup fever!)

How’s this for a unique wedding cake? It’s a French cake called Croquembouche, and as delicious as it looks.

It’s not often that the groom is the dancing star of the evening, but Cuyler was on fire.

I think they liked it.
Hard to explain this one… you had to be there. But it was awesome!
